法院查明，2018年至2019年，江苏伟伦为虚增收入、利润，向某公司虚开专用发票33张，金额合计人民币1460余万元；2019年，江苏伟伦为谋取不正当利益，向某国有单位提供巨额贿赂。

法院认为，江苏伟伦的行为严重破坏了正常的市场秩序，扰乱了社会经济秩序，情节严重。遂作出上述判决。
